When in late 2012 Mick Thomas announced that Weddings Parties Anything would use the Melbourne Age Hall of Fame platform for their swansong, it was the closure of a lengthy chapter in the big Australian songbook.
But, you can’t keep a good songman down and so the musical journey continues. With a dose of old and a touch of the new, Mick Thomas and the Roving Commission will take in Torquay’s Torquay Hotel on January 25.
