Radio Moscow to Play Karova

Tickets remain for Radio Moscow’s show at Ballarat’s Karova Lounge on February 21. Making noise until the cops are called is what drives Radio Moscow, a hard rocking psych power trio formed in 2003.

Led by Stratocaster­meister Parker Griggs, an early demo caught the attention of The Black Keys’ Dan Auerbach, who would wind up producing 2007’s self­-titled debut. Magical Dirt is the latest piece of the psych power pie, and their first as a full trio.

Being their debut Australian tour, they requested the services of Kings Destroy to help them out. Coming out of Brooklyn, the band is a hybrid of stoner rock, doom and hardcore. They released a self-titled album last year, their third release in four years.
