2025 has been the year of YUNGBLUD. His rapid rise has seen him become one of the most influenctial musical voices of his generation moving through rock, punk and pop effortlessly. His electrifying stage presence, down to earth nature and undeniable charm has brought him a cult following, cementing him as one of the most exciting performers.
IDOLS continued a winning streak for YUNGBLUD, becoming his third number one debut in the UK and is his most personal and ambitious work yet. Described as a modern rock opera that draws from the greats of Queen and Black Sabbath, the album features the anthemic single ‘Zombie’ and opens with a nine-minute epic ‘Hello Heaven, Hello’.
Adding to the allure, YUNGBLUD boasts the glory of being handpicked by Ozzy Osbourne to perform Black Sabbath’s ballad, ‘Changes’, at the Back To The Beginning benefit concert, going down in history as one of the biggest moments in music, before Osbourne’s death. YUNGBLUD has continued to honour Osbourne’s legacy since, making ‘Changes’ part of his permanent catalogue. This year he also launched the IDOLS world tour and announced a collaborative EP with multi-GRAMMY® Award-winning Rock and Roll Hall of Fame® inductees Aerosmith. Introduced with lead single ‘My Only Angel’, the EP titled One More Time will be released on November 21 via Capitol Records.
