Mona Cicchetti add Baked Goods to their menu with live n’ local night

Wallington gets a dose of live music.

Funky grooves find a new home in Wallington this month as Italian restaurant and bar, Mona Cicchetti introduce Live n’ Local night.

A celebration of fresh funk, deep cuts, OG bangers, and local talent, Live n’ Local brings out local funk, usually three-piece but for this occasion, four-piece Baked Goods for an infectious night of boogieing and bar feeds.

Located in Wallington on the Bellarine, Mona Cicchetti Bar channels Venetian charm with its cicchetti-style small plates meant for sharing and sipping. You’ll find dishes like house-made meatballs, polenta sticks, deep-fried pizza wedges, and burrata among sideboards of local salumi and cheeses. The wine list is thoughtful, the vibe warm, rustic and relaxed — perfect for date nights, catch-ups, or evening grazing with friends. All will be available for bookings on the Live n’ Local night.

The last month has seen the hospitality hotspot introduce multiple events and sittings to bring together their community including the Pasta Social Club, still life drawing classes and dance parties. The Live n’ Local inclusion is a great way to celebrate the abundant musical talent from their local area with the Bellarine boasting an impressive pool of talent.
