Geelong welcomes the third annual writing festival Word for Word over the weekend of November 18-20. As Australia’s largest non-fiction writing festival, it starts on the Friday with workshops held at the Belmont and Waurn Ponds libraries, to help those interested or wanting to hone their skills. Over the weekend, ‘The Dome’ Geelong’s new Library and Heritage Centre will have an array of well known authors speaking and holding panel discussions on various topics within non-fiction writing.
