With a menu that boasts hand-stretched pizza, homemade pasta sauces, handmade pasta, and rich coffee, Grano Italian is both a cucina and café open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything is made from scratch and hand made, not machine made with a focus on quality and tradition. It’s perfectly positioned to join the renowned dining forces at the heritage spot of The Good’s Shed.

The Good’s Shed is your destination to dine, play and stay, as Ballarat’s newest dining and entertainment precinct. It houses the Terminus Theatre, Railway Smash Burgers, Quest Ballarat Station, Itinerant Spirits, The Good’s Sheds Events Hall, and Lydiard Hall. With Grano Italian as the newest resident, there’s a bit of everything to make you stick around.

The buzz around Grano Italian is already electric with a growing waitlist for the first day of service.

To celebrate the grand opening on Friday 22 May, the team are cooking up exclusive offers for the waitlist. They’ve teased that you won’t want to miss this!
