Dance to fund local food relief: This new DJ party is raising money for Feed Geelong

PowerHouse Presents is transitioning its punctual and euphoric soundscapes to Djilang/Geelong’s most suited venue; Captains for a party with a cause.

PowerHouse has always taken pride in developing a strictly quality sound, with a handpicked lineup of local and surrounding artists to elevate and energise.

Open air and quality sound, and raising funds for local initiative Feed Geelong.

The lineup:

• Coda Section
• Dez (Liquid Sessions)
• DUK.

• Riles b2b DJ Pill (Dazie Collective)
• Ryheem (invites radio) b2b Poynstar

The money will go twards Feed Geelong; part of the Give Where You Live Foundation, an initiative creating a local network to tackle food insecurity.

Up to 717, 883 meals are provided by this system in Geelong every year, however the Geelong Food Relief Centre has reported a 239 per cent increase in demand since 2021.

So, how can you help??

For each drink sold, Captain will be donating:

• $3 between 5-6pm
• $2 between 6-7pm
• $1 between 7-8pm

A sausage sizzle will be held between 5-7pm where all proceeds will also be donated.
