Opening night on Friday 6 March welcomes Aotearoa’s own Marlon Williams, whose spellbinding blend of alt-country, folk and cinematic indie has earned him global acclaim. With his new te reo Māori album Te Whare Tīwekaweka topping charts across New Zealand and Australia, Williams will bring his unmistakable voice and haunting storytelling to the Gardens. Rising powerhouse Emma Donovan and the divine Kee’ahn round out an all-killer, all-soul bill.

Saturday 7 March turns the Gardens into a haven for exceptional songwriting, headlined by the incomparable Thelma Plum. Fresh off multiple ARIA nods and two Top 10 albums, Plum’s heart-tugging lyricism and cultural power make her one of the nation’s most impactful artists. Joining her are festival favourites Sons of the East, whose sun-drenched folk-pop has taken them to global stages and earned them a 2025 ARIA nomination, with the mesmerising Jem Cassar-Daley opening the night.

Sunday 8 March belongs to the dancefloor, with Leftfield making their first Australian appearance in eight years. The electronic pioneers, responsible for the game-changing Leftism and Rhythm & Stealth, will bring seismic bass, rave energy and decades of innovation to the Gardens. Iconic producer Paul Mac (DJ Set) and techno titan Late Nite Tuff Guy complete a lineup guaranteed to shake the earth (and every ribcage within 500 metres).

The following weekend launches Friday 13 March with a euphoric hometown homecoming: Cut Copy. The Grammy-nominated electronic legends return with tracks from their new record Moments, alongside the synth-pop anthems that defined a generation. They’re joined by an elite crew of international and local favourites — Todd Terje, CC:DISCO!, Crazy P (DJ Set) and Colette — for a night built for dancing until your feet stop cooperating.

Closing the 2026 season on Sunday 15 March are Australian hip hop titans Bliss n Eso, bringing their stadium-sized energy, five #1 albums and towering legacy to the stage. Fresh off a national run that sold more than 30,000 tickets, they’re joined by ARIA-winning firestarter Drapht and beloved duo Horrorshow, turning the Gardens into one huge, heartfelt celebration of Aussie hip hop.

From indie to electronica, soul to hip hop, global icons to homegrown heroes — Live at the Gardens 2026 is shaping up to be its most dazzling season yet.
