Jesse McCormack is a wandering minstrel, a troubadour originally hailing from the southern isle of lutruwita/Tasmania. His global ramblings have carried the amalgamated folk music he plays all the way from the south-east of Australia as far as north-western Europe; a coalescence of English, Swedish, Irish, and Scottish traditions adorned in the wilds of his lush imagination.

With his clear, bardic voice, deeply imbued sense of rhythm, infectious enthusiasm, and intense devotion to his craft, McCormack embodies the essence of a storyteller. His music resonates with the folkloric experience of druidic tales old and new, transmuting into a sound inspired by such artists as Steeleye Span or Loreena McKennitt, and infused with vibes of bohemian Achilleanism. McCormack’s anachronistic arrangements pay homage to the non-linear relevance of folklore and traditional music.

With entry via donation to all three shows, what better way to spend your afternoon than being carried into the chapters of McCormack’s storybook.
