With the Australian Open around the corner, David Shrigley’s massive Melbourne Tennis Ball Exchange set to open a the NGV and the local courts buzzing with players taking in the good weather, it seems all anyone can think about these days is the tennis.

If you’re keen on catching a game on the big screen without paying the fees to enter the park, Fed Square is the ultimate destination. As Melbourne’s premier sports-watching destination, Fed Square is partnering with Nine to broadcast every match from Round 1 to the Finals for free on its massive screen.

To make the deal even sweeter, from January 27th through to the end of summer they’ll be offering refreshing sippers and cocktails at the Victoria by Farmer’s Daughters Pop-Up Bar.

Snag a coveted seat, roll out your blanket on the turf or bring a lawn chair of your own, and enjoy Australia’s biggest tennis games just across the bridge from where they’re all taking place.

With its convenient location next to plenty of restaurants and bars and its buzzy atmosphere, it’s the best place to catch a match for free.

The screenings will kick off when the competition opens on January 14 and will run until the Men’s Grand Final on January 28.
