You’ll find Mexican pizza with Barria dip, BYO nachos in a bag, and the viral Dubai bubble waffle loaded with kataifi and pistachio cream, making a triumphant return after last year’s frenzy. Matcha-in-a-can, lobster rolls, and a host of local foodie heroes round out a menu that promises something for every craving. There’s crazy loaded topping with excessive drizzles of sauces, rainbow pulled cheese, giant portioned treats, and pastries with hidden surprises.

While food is the focus, the Viral Food Festival adds to the flavours with larger than life activities. DJs will be live, spinning the perfect soundtrack for a day of indulgence, while a live band takes to the grandstand each night. For a twist you won’t see coming, a wrestling ring will host live bouts right in the middle of the festival, and roving entertainment brings the thrills of Optimus Prime and Blue the raptor. Rides and games are also on offer for extra excitement, with some attractions available at an additional cost.

Entry is just $7 per person, and children under three get in free. Online ticket buyers can save even more, securing entry for only $5. Free onsite parking is available, with additional off-street parking if the event fills up.
