The hardworking medical staff of the University Hospital District in Geelong’s CBD are having their caffeine and sweet treats needs met. Paddock Bakery have opened a container location on the corner of Myer Street and Bellarine Street, supporting the vital health services provided b Barwon Health.
The Paddock Bakery’s new location is a partnership with Barwon Health Foundation, not only providing staff and visitors to the University Hospital with their fresh baked goods and body-warming hot coffee, but contributing to the continuation of much needed services in the region.

Taking from The Federal Mills favourite foodie spot Paddock Bakery’s flagship range, The Paddock Bakery will stock fresh baked goods including donuts, cookies, croissants, and slices, as well as lunch favourites of fresh sandwiches and salad, in addition to slinging coffees. The contained location The Paddock will operate weekdays between 6am and 3.30pm, ensuring the doctors, nurses and medical staff are all well caffeinated to tackle their long shifts. To make it even more enticing, they are also offering a 10% discount to all health care workers and firs responders.
In addition to the vital boost their beverages and food provides, The Paddock Bakery will contribute $1 from every coffee sold during dedicated health weeks towards Barwon Health Foundation specific initiatives.
This Barwon Health Foundation and The Paddock Bakery partnership is a welcome addition to the health district of Geelong.
