Housed within the greens facility, Claribeaux on the Bellarine brings a touch of France to the region. The signature bistro offers both a dinner and breakfast service, styled around a French contemporary culinary menu. Focusing on sustainability, the menu is made up of local produce to create fresh, exquisite dishes. On the breakfast front, the a la carte menu boasts French favourites; orange curd crepes, crème brûlée French toast, and croque monsieur, along with a selection of meals made from the versatile egg. Dinner stays in the same vein with gorgeous steak frites, the popular crumbed chicken cordon bleu, and a touch of innovation with Juniper spiced venison.

The Range at Curlewis is the casual cousin of Claribeaux, featuring breakfast from 9.30am onwards and an all-day dining menu spanning 11am until 9pm. Think popcorn cauliflower, sticky pork Bao buns, chicken wings buckets and Peruvian chicken skewers for snacks, eight choices of burgers to bite into, and larger plates of hearty herb and lemon pepper calamari, Thai green chicken curry, and pan seared snapper. If you’re up for a hit, Bucket and Bev, or Burger, Bev and Balls options are also available with a choice of up to 50 or 100 balls.

Ivor’s Spike Bar is the third food filler. For those after something lighter on the stomach, their breakfast, lunch and snack menus are full of classic convenient choices. Start the day with a bacon and egg English muffin, or melt into a slice of La Madre sourdough or fruit toast with a hot Julius Meini espresso. Sandwiches, burgers, salads and a tasty Tempura prawn taco build the lunch menu, whilst chorizo, spinach and ricotta involtini, chicken and tarragon filo, and Moroccan spiced cauliflower beignets are standouts of the Sunset Snacks. With a massive list of wines, beer and cider from local brewers and growers, along with a selection of staple options, the vibes are high at Ivor’s.
