In episode nine of the Dynamic Duos season, titled Train to Table, The Q Train acts as the backdrop to the main task where close quarters and fast-paced service raise the stakes. One duo from each team cooks and serves the amuse bouche (a small, complimentary appetizer served before a meal in fine dining restaurants) on the moving Q Train. By the time the train makes its trip around the Bay and back in 45 minutes, the main course, prepared by the rest of the team at the station platform must be ready to serve.
