Taking place as part of the beloved Grampians Grape Escape festival, this auction is a must-attend event for anyone who appreciates a fine drop. Wine enthusiasts will have the chance to bid on a specially crafted blend of 2023 vintage Shiraz, made from the contributions of the region’s best winemakers. There are only 300 bottles up for grabs, and each one is a showcase of the very best the Grampians has to offer – think vibrant fruit, stunning aromatics, and a serious depth of flavour.

But that’s not all. The auction will also feature a treasure trove of prized museum vintages, including the iconic 1991 Barrique – the very first of its kind! This is a true piece of history, a chance to own a little slice of winemaking heritage.

Before the bidding wars kick off, attendees can head to the Barrique Bar for a taste of the goods. Here, you’ll get a sneak peek (or more accurately, a sip) of the rare blend, a perfect way to get a feel for the exceptional quality that’s up for grabs.

And let’s not forget – this isn’t just about getting your hands on a rare bottle. The auction also supports the Grampians community in a big way. Proceeds will go towards fire recovery efforts in the region and help fund new events and initiatives for the local wine industry. So, while you’re scoring a world-class bottle, you’ll also be helping to ensure the future of this special wine-growing region.

So mark your calendars, clear some space in your cellar, and get ready to raise your paddle for a good cause (and an even better bottle).
