North Geelong distillery Anther Spirits are hosting their very own gin festival next month

The international celebration of our favourite botanical-based spirit, World Gin Day, is coming up and the local legends over at Anther Spirits are gearing up to celebrate.

And what better way to kick off winter (aka gin season) than with a whole day dedicated to your favourite spirit?

With World Gin Day falling on Saturday, June 12 this year – the start to the Queen’s birthday long weekend – the team at Anther are throwing a huge event in honour of this spirit and this town’s undying love for it.

Coined an ‘all hands on deck experience’ at the North Geelong distillery, the mini-festival will feature live distillations, cocktail masterclasses, giveaways and tastings of their full range (including their new chocolate and cherry gins). There will also be a slew of fancy cocktails available alongside a whole bunch of delicious food trucks.

For those that are serious about their gin and this holy day, Anther Distillery will be bringing in World Gin Day with a party on the Friday night.
