At the end of 2024, frankie. made the leap across the street to 26 Malop Street, expanding their footprint and bringing a fresh energy to the heart of Geelong’s CBD. Just a short walk from the train station and bus interchange, the new location is perfectly placed for locals and visitors to gather. The interior is a visual feast. Polished hardwood floors stretch beneath your feet, while a wrap-around bar dazzles in pink-and-white tiles with gold accents. Natural light streams through street-facing windows, bouncing off large circular mirrors and filling the space with a warm, welcoming glow. Every corner feels designed to impress, yet inviting enough to kick back and linger with friends.

Upstairs, the function room, opened in September of 2024 following the move, mirrors the downstairs’s chic, relaxed vibe. It accommodates up to 120 guests standing or 40 seated, while the downstairs space can hold 120 standing or 85 seated. For smaller gatherings, partial hire is available for up to 40 guests, and both levels can be combined for private events of up to 220. Weddings, engagements, milestone birthdays, baby showers, hens’ parties, and corporate functions all find a perfect home at frankie., with accessible bathrooms on both levels for ease of all guests.
