Harpoon Social Club was born from a love of Japanese culture, izakayas, and the crowded ramen bars of Tokyo. Nights spent wandering Shibuya, Ebisu, and Shimokitazawa, paired with countless bowls of noodles, inspired the owners to bring a little piece of Tokyo to Bendigo. The menu reflects that passion, with noodles at its core, complemented by bao, gyoza, share plates, and inventive sides. Almost forty percent of the menu caters to vegans and those seeking gluten-free options, ensuring everyone can find something to love.

Signature ramen dishes include Tantanmen with spicy pork mince, Yuzu Pork Ramen with chashu and gyoza, Chicken Karaage Ramen with garlic miso broth, Spicy Miso Ramen with shiitake and potato croquette, and Miso Mushroom Ramen for vegetarians. Bao lovers can indulge in Chicken Karaage, Pork Belly, Fish, Shiitake, Tofu or Potato Croquette Bao, while share plates like Burnt Cabbage, Karaage Cauliflower, Chicken and Pork Gyoza, Loaded Fries with peanut sauce, and Chinese Broccoli with goma provide flavour-packed bites for sharing.

For lighter bites, the Chotto menu features edamame, Szechuan cucumbers, kimchi, and Japanese potato salad. Sweet endings include Hot Jam Bao with anko and matcha ice cream, adding playful, layered flavours to finish the meal.
