International Women’s Day, 8th of March, is a community highlight each and every year. It represents a day of coming together and celebrating femininity in all its forms. Once shortlisted, artists will be required to respond to sites according to budgets ranging from under $5000 to up to $20,000. Keep in mind, these budgets include the cost of everything including design, materials, freight, sight preparation and installation.
