Castlemaine Local and International Film Festival returns

Back, bigger and better than ever, Castlemaine Local and International Film Festival returns to the illustrious Theatre Royal, 17-19 November 2017.

Enjoy a handful of Australian premieres, a slew of vanguard cinema and a crop of local filmmakers, all on the big screen.

Festival highlights include: The Killing of a Sacred Deer, an artful, psychological thriller, starring Nicole Kidman and Colin Farrell; Liberation Day, a Slovenian/North Korean art-rockumentary, a 4K restoration of the Italian horror classic Suspiria and three stunningly beautiful films from Palestinian artist Larissa Sansour.
