New Zealand’s Salad Boys took their first steps in 2012 when Joe Sampson began fleshing out some of his ideas with a couple of mates. Skip ahead a few years and the band caught the attention of US record label Trouble in Mind, inking a deal in 2015 that would home their debut full-length release, Metalmania. Work on a second album commenced last year.
