Piccadilly Market pack program for this weekend’s Winter Wonderland at Little Creatures

A whopping 60 makers and 7 food vendors have been secured for the local titan team up.

This weeks weather forecast is one that completely encompasses the magic of winter – glistening rain falling down, moody grey skies, and cosy rug-up-in-thick-warm-layers weather! It’s the perfect weather to embrace the wonder that is winter at its own dedicated festival.

Winter Wonderland hits Little Creatures Geelong this Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 July. The annual affair sees the Swanston Street brewery ditch their usual sun-soaked programming for an enchanting weekend of comfort and cosiness across great food, family friendly activities, and a massive market. There’s everything from cheeky elves, balloon twisters, craft fairies, a petting zoo, and a jumping castle for the kids, and mead, makers, and hearty meals for the bigger kids.

One of the biggest highlights of the Winter Wonderland action is the collaboration with Piccadilly Market on Saturday 4 July. Running from 4pm until 8pm, the twilight edition of the beloved market will bring together creators, makers, food and drinks stalls across Furphy Hall, the hanging lights-laced Laneway, and White Rabbit venues. Founder Janina Lear and her team have pulled out all of the punches for the occasion with a stallholder list that is 60 makers long!

As always, Piccadilly Market has curated a corridor of creatives, crafters and local producers spanning fashion, jewellery, accessories, condiments, decor and homewares, treats, art, and so much more, ready to fill your bags and your bellies. Starting in food, the vendors are seven strong with hand-filling buns from Absolute Burgers, light as air bites from Piccadilly favourite Chubby Bao, vegan plates from Vegan Joy, oozing Italian sandwiches from Zio Pop, aromatic gozleme from I.F.E delights, loaded and sweetly topped treats from Ever After Donut, and the ultimate delicious pairing of Cookie Pies from Lisa Bakes. Let these belly-fillers carry you through the stretching Winter Wonderland stalls as you explore other delectable goodies from Biscuits by Jackie, Crunchy Bites Snacks, Danny Boy Distillery, Pretty Sweets and Delights, Legacy Spirits Distilling Co, and Piccadilly staple Nomad Chilli Co. M & A Canine Delights even have something for the four legged friends attending the night time activities.

On the arts, craft and creative front, Piccadilly has a thoughtful curation of stallholders across photography, ceramics, design, jewellery, and sensory toys. 1000 Knot Macrame offers beautifully woven decor pieces, SOPHIE M DESIGNS brings her stunning collection of hand-crafted jewellery, and Elevated Expressions are the go-to for 3D printed sensory toys and figurines. Their axolotl designs are too cute to pass up!

The vendor list further boasts Adorable.Grunge, Best In Show Photography, cute crochet works from Chanels_crochet, DB Designs Local, Gentoo Studios, Isabella.M ceramics, Jade’s Green House, Jenny’s Totes, Kita Collective, Lotte Ceramics, Silver Addict, Silver Cinnamon Jewellery, Snuggle Duck, Something Simple Soy Candles, and Vamp Alchemy Den, amongst others.
