Ballarat will have a month-long wintery celebration next month.
Locals and visitors will be treated to the inaugural Ballarat Winter Festival, where the weather outside is frightful, but the festival is so delightful.
There will be a pop-up ice skating rink in the heart of the city, plus a Winter Wonderlights Christmas in July display.
